So the reason for this blog is mostly for my new house. I'll be moving in a couple weeks to a house I've been given complete creative freedom to design. With this creative freedom, my first thought was to have one of those geekiest houses (you know, like the ones you see on Pintrest all the time?) since it had been a dream of mine since I was small. My fandoms consist of: Alien , DC Comics, Terminator, Godzilla, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Supernatural, Charmed, Doctor Who, Left 4 Dead, Dragon Age, and there are few more(these are the ones I like to talk about the most and could probably go on for hours about. You know, those OBSESSIVE kinds) but these are probably what would adorn my new house when we finish it all out. Pictures of the new place will be posted soon as I can figure out how (So new to blogs right now so sorry if this ends up looking silly.) and with the pictures I'll start posting my ideas for the house, colors I'll be using, and the fandoms put in to create my geeky temple of awesome.
My boyfriend, who is also a big geek himself, will post things here as well whenever he gets his chances and ideas down. His fandoms are also similar but differ from mine at the same time, so we'll do our best to put in as much of everything from both as we can.
Hopefully I can keep this thing going so I can show off my diy projects and designs, so maybe I can give others some inspiration in their own geeky way of living.
With my own DIY projects to make around the house, I might add other things such as recipes for geeky drinks, foods, and maybe even video tutorials if I can bring myself the confidence to actually say anything without laughing like an idiot. It all just will happen depending on what I feel like doing that week. So stay posted and see what happens!
